AskMe Graphics will always try our best to restore your photo. If
we feel that we cannot restore your severly damaged photo, then we will
return your photos to you at our cost and you will be charged
nothing.
The image below is severly faded and was in an oval frame exposed to
sunlight for many years. In addition, there is a moderate to
severe amount of red splotches (possibly from a liquid) on the photo
inside the oval shape:

original look, taking away the fading and severe marks left by the
